I can feel Agnes’s pain. I patronized Tim Horton’s for years and finally got fed up with their shoddy service and even shoddier coffee. My years of loyalty were wasted on them and so I now buy my coffee at McDonald’s, who have superior coffee and almost always a great attitude and quick service.
